Delaney is a lifelong educator.  He educates families on smart ways of building wealth through real estate ownership and through real estate investing.   Delaney is licensed in Virginia and Maryland.   He specializes in Northern Virginia and Prince George's County, MD.  Delaney earned an MPA from Troy University in Troy, AL and a BBA from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.  Delaney has served in the U.S. Army Reserves.
